The pattern was drawn with ruler and compass based off of a using a method taught by Katya Nosyreva PhD and gleaned from analysis of the anonymous Medieval Persian manuscript titled "On Similar and Complimentary Interlocking Figures. Set in a white 9”x9” frame.
